Procedure For Hotel Managers

This essay presents the role of a Systems and Procedures Development and Improvement functional unit of an organization (hotel industry) in facilitating employee performance assessment and improvement aimed at developing and implementing effective procedures for managers to be used when preparing to meet employees whose performances seem to be unsatisfactory. This essay further makes reference to relevant general human resource management principles with an emphasis on hotel industry.
